Tell us about your business. Be sure to include why you started your business and what products, solutions, and services you provide for consumers. who your target audience is: I am an Author, Entrepreneur, and Executive Producer of the Podcast Radio Show “bBold Radio” where we are BREAKING DOWN BARRIERS OVER LIVES DAILY.  I coach women and entrepreneurs who have been everything to EVERYONE else but are ready to become something for THEMSELVES. I share self- developmental strategies and techniques that empowers them to make their dreams a reality by speaking their dreams in existence. And as a result of working with me, they discover their own personal joy and live healthier and happier lives.

What does entrepreneurship mean to you and why did you step into this arena? Entrepreneurship to me is the self- discovery of owning your future and your time. I’ve always wanted to own my own time and my own future. Every since I was 9 years old, I have always wanted to own my own business.

What or who has been your greatest influence in business and why? My greatest influences are entrepreneurial women like Sara Blakely, Oprah Winfrey, Madam CJ Walker. These are just a few women who have shown what working with what’s in your hand really means. I am a strong believer that God can multiply what’s in your hand, meaning that if we take the steps of faith by using the gifts, talents, and creativity that He’s given us, He will multiply it.

What would you say is your greatest win in business? My greatest win has been me staying true to my brand. I believe that the audience and the customer base that bought into the brand. When you are true and consistent with your brand, customers and clients will automatically buy into any product. Being true to myself has been my biggest win.

What’s the best advice you have received in business that you wish to pass on to our readers? The best advice I’ve received is to never stop learning. No matter how successful we become, we should never stop learning and evolving.

What has been the most effective marketing initiatives or programs you have used to promote your business? Facebook has always been my most effective marketing tool. I have been marketing on Social Media before it became popular. I was criticized and mocked at first, but now it’s the “IN” thing. Because I didn’t’ allow the critics to stop me, I’ve acquired a huge audience on Facebook. I’m extremely grateful for that. If you use it for the right reasons, it can do wonders for your business and brand.

What have you learned as a business owner and entrepreneur that you can pass on to others seeking this position or just started out in business? I would suggest never comparing your business to someone else’s. If you are clear about what you do, what your offer, and what your goals are, you can avoid many comparing yourself to others. FOCUS ON YOUR BUSINESS. I have learned to be patient as well. Success doesn’t happen overnight, you must remain patient through the process.

Are there any resources or tools you’d like to share with other small business owners that have helped you run your business? If yes, please describe (and include links if available). No one walked me through starting any of my businesses. I could have avoided so many delays and setbacks if I had the tools that I have now provided for people. That’s why I opened up an online educational school called bBold University where there is a library of information provided to market, and run your businesses successfully. https://bbolduniversity.teachable.com.

Do you have any new projects coming up (or have you just completed a big project ~ reached a milestone, etc.)? If so, please tell us about it. I am planning to launch a platform for female entrepreneurs, aspiring business owners or first-time freelancer, I want to help them achieve everything they want in life and business. On this platform, I want to share with them the tips, tricks, advice, and spiritual empowerment necessary to become a successful entrepreneur.

Who are you behind the business? Tell us who you are when no is looking. What do you do for fun/relaxation? What’s your favorite vacation spot to unwind? Behind my business, I’m a full-time dance mom. I take quality time with my husband and daughters VERY seriously, they are my first priority. I enjoy spending quality time laughing it up and letting my hair down with my close friends.  My favorite vacation spot is Mexico.

What’s at the top of your list of Goals you plan to accomplish over the next year. I plan on expanding my brand and message through traveling throughout city to city to empower women to BE BOLD.

PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL| TIFFANY A. GREEN

Let’s Be Clear! PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!!! Think about everything you do! Decide if it’s worth your time!

That includes people & your choice of activity! Be loyal enough to yourself first & get rid of DEAD WEIGHT! Don’t keep dead friendships & connections! Don’t continue doing things that waste your time & and other people’s time! If you have a bad habit that needs correcting – please correct it! If you have people in your life that are not healthy for you – cut it off and keep it moving!

And if you have something or someone in your life that is confusing – get the necessary clarity so that you know which level to put it on or out of your life!

One thing I am sure about “GOD is not a God of Confusion!” #lifeless-on #lifeadvice #mood #attentiontodetail

Get Serious About Building Your Audience…

When you get through being #religious you’ll realize you need to build an audience to create #relationships necessary to

✔️build a business

✔️sell your book

✔️have real people show up at your event

✔️book you to come and speak.

.

.

.

Too many times I see #churchfolks screaming they believing God for increase but do nothing to expose their business to the world.

#wheretheydothatat?

I don’t care how many so called experts you listen to, at the end of the day, we built our audience by way of communication, actually showing up, having our website done, building a brand. Nothing will happen if people don’t know you exist.

Some of y’all are cool with them same 5 people that show up and liking your post. Reality is, that’s all they’re gonna do. Stop 🛑 thinking 🤔 you gonna blow up over night with the same dysfunctional foolishness.

It takes #werk, #consistency, and #preserverance.

God cannot bless what you keep blocking……

You can pray until Jesus comes back, I guarantee he will tell you, I gave you instructions but you were to religious to follow them. So I gave that business, that gift, that dream to someone else who was #ready . #runtellthat

NAME: Deborah Risper

TITLE: She.E.O,Author,Speaker,Biz Midwife

Years in Business: 10yrs
COMPANY/Organization NAME Deborah Risper & The HustlHer Nation
WEBSITE URL: deborahrisper.com & daddylessdaughter.winTell us about your business

I consider myself a Jill of All Trades. From being a Kings Kid to being a Wife, Mom, Speaker, Author & She.E.O. I started my first tax business 10yrs ago and from there multiple businesses were born. Currently, I am the lead Author on a women’s Anthology called Dear Daddy; A Letter From A Successful Business Woman which focuses on women in business who grew up in their home without their biological father being present. We are shedding positive light letting others know that regardless of what you came from you can still be successful. Aside from this book I also have a simple & easy biz guide that is gear towards women entrepreneurs who are looking to transition from corporate jobs to full-time entrepreneurship. I am also ever so proof of my women’s sisterhood, The HustlHer Nation which is the catalyst of my biz midwife services I call myself the biz midwife because I assist women in the birthing process of their business from getting the idea from within and bringing it to reality.

What does entrepreneurship mean to you and why did you step into this arena?

Entrepreneurship is everything to me because I believe no one should live a life they didn’t design. In entrepreneurship, you get to express who you are in every area. I don’t like rules so in my mind, why not make them? I chose women because I want to destroy the stigma that women, specifically Black women can work together without drama & disrespect. So far I’ve proven this time and time again and will always continue to do so.

What or who has been your greatest influence in business and why?

One of my greatest influences in business is my Father & Grandfather. From being a little girl watching them grind and they still do, I respect their heart and hustle for business.

What would you say is your greatest win in business?

Wow, the greatest win would literally be all things I’ve approached. I know we should have 1 but honestly, I count all wins great because many times as a biz owner we haven’t gotten the win until we feel content.

What’s the best advice you have received in business that you wish to pass on to our readers?

I’d tell others that image is everything & you never get a chance to make a second impression. To sum those two up, always come correct or don’t come at all!

What has been the most effective marketing initiatives or programs you have used to promote your business?

My most effective marketing has been leveraging my community of women to grow word of mouth literally in 30 days. Next to that would be all my collabs.

What have you learned as a business owner and entrepreneur that you can pass on to others seeking this position or just started out in business?

I’ve learned that good or bad, your crown must not fall. You have to take your “L” as a lesson for the next time and not as a lost. Your arrival awaits you so lessons are apart of the journey.

Are there any resources or tools you’d like to share with other small business owners that have helped you run your business? If yes, please describe (and include links if available).

You can always grab one of my biz guides to help with starting out in business or a refresher

http://bit.ly/HustlherGuide

Do you have any new projects coming up (or have you just completed a big project ~ reached a milestone, etc.)? If so, please tell us about it.

My first Anthology will be debuting August 11th in Chicago. If you are near, please drop by & support! Then after, The Dope Daughters will be touring several cities. Stay tuned and check our social media page!

Who are you behind the business? Tell us who you are when no is looking. What do you do for fun/relaxation? What’s your favorite vacation spot to unwind?

Outside of business, I’m simply wifey & a sports Momma to my 4 heartbeats. I also have a fur baby I love! I love anything heels, makeup, and fashion. For fun, I pretty much hang with my hubby & kiddies. My favorite spot thus far has been the Bahamas. I’m sure that’ll change when I hit The Dominican next year!

What’s at the top of your list of Goals you plan to accomplish over the next year?

Over the next year, I plan to have 20 states toured along with changing some focuses in my coaching business.

Are you an author? If so, Tell us about your books or book. Titles, and where we can purchase.

I am a Two Time Author with more to come!
